I am moving to Edmonton, Canada early next year for one year contract work and im planning to stay their for 5+ years. Im planning to buy an appartment their as soon as i settle within the first 2 months of arrival. How much is an average modern 2 bedroom appartment cost in canada. My Budget is about 250 000 Canadian Dollars
