Place is about 800 square feet.

This will cost approximately $400 per average sized room, plus about $200 per bathroom. If you need to cover up a custom paint job because it comes through, this will, of course, cost additionally. Costs change dramatically depending upon where you live, but that’s the going rate where I live.
