I am trying to hire a regular cleaner(every two weeks maybe) for my 2 bedroom townhome. What is the going rate per clean or per hour.It should take 2 or 2.5 hours each time. Thanks in advance for the info.
I worked before as a secretary in a company located in Lowell, Massachusetts, the amount charged to clean a townhouse like yours was $ 65,00 every other week, but they always suggest you a DEEP CLEANING ( we charged by the hour $ 38,00 ), it is a more complete cleaning, done just once, on the first day of cleaning where they are going to explain you every detail and then, after that you pay only for the regular every other week cleaning, it is your option in do it or not the DEEP !! Think about in what you want and good luck in finding someone.
