I would be living in Madison, WI during fall, winter, and spring in a 2 bedroom condo. This includes air conditioning, heat, electricity and plumbing.
Can anyone give me a ballpark estimate?
There will be minimal usage of air conditioning and heat- just enough to make the space livable- anything to save money. I haven’t got a particular condo picked out, I just need an estimate.
This all depends on the state, area, and size. Overall condo size. If it’s newer and has washer and dryer, i would roughly guesstimate between 400-500 dollars, older with a washer and dryer 100-300 dollars.
Depends on your usage.
How high do you set heat, how low do you set AC?
Do you leave lights and computers running all the time?
And what about the condo assessment??
