I have a housekeeping oportunity and I wanted to know what is the average amount someone would charge someone to clean a 3 bedroom 2 bath home thanks in advance

Since the amount and difficulty of the work are not well-defined, go for $15 per hour. If you have carpet and hard floors to do plus heavily soiled baths and kitchen, expect to spend five or six hours doing it right. And, please, do it right.

How I have bid jobs in the past is google a competitor and ask for a quot over the phone like your a customer. Then just beat that price.
