I’m just looking for an average cost for the maintenance fee for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom timeshare in Orlando, FL. Thanks !
A few words of advice: Do not purchase a time share. It is not "worth it" and if you do purchase one, it’s almost impossible to sell it.

I have a one bedroom timeshare (2 weeks every other year) and the maintenance fee is $450 a year.
Don’t worry. This question does belong in Orlando Travel section since people use timeshares as places to stay for vacation.
Though I regret buying this timeshare because it is almost impossible to sell and you be lucky if you can get 20% of what you paid for. Now i am financially tight and still have to pay the fee. I am better off just using hotels.

Maintenance fees will vary depending on the resort. Some can cost from $600 to over a $1000. per year so it really depends on what resort you are looking at. Sometimes the size of the unit will make a difference on the m/f and at some resorts it doesn’t matter on size all weeks have the same m/f.
