Apartment buildings are not military targets and it is a violation of International Law to bomb civilian residences, such as apartment buildings in time of war.

The Russians have deliberately targeted apartment buildings because it is possible to kill and injure large numbers of civilians with a very small military expenditure.

Russia has been targeting civilians in Georgia to spread terror in that nation.

That is false. Not everyone does it. Also, Georgia is a Sovereign nation. Georgia is not a part of Russia that wants to secende.

In fact many civilian apartment buildings were completely obliterated by the Russian bombing. The ones that were burning were the ones where the Russians missed their targets and the bombs fell next to them and not on top of them.

That is completely false. The United States has gone to great lengths to avoid civiliantargets such as schools and hospitals.

The Muslim Terrorists have bombed a number of civilian targets including wedding parties however.

That is false. The United States has taken a great deal of care to avoid civilian targets in Iraq and is in fact prosecuting soldiers for harming civilians.
