Does anyone have experience selling 10+ unit apartment buildings?
November 18th, 2009 | by admin |I’m considering a career in selling apartment buildings in california for a reputable brokerage. Please advise with any pros and cons.
I could write a book on the pros and cons, but i will put it as concise as possible. If you a good networker and know plenty of people and love to met new people, you will not have any problems selling property in Ca. i have had people buy CA listings sight unseen just because it was in CA, but you have to know the people as in my own experience, i have sold more property that wasn’t listed on MLS or web sites or with brokers. Knowing the right people makes a deal go quickly.
