I could write a book on the pros and cons, but i will put it as concise as possible. If you a good networker and know plenty of people and love to met new people, you will not have any problems selling property in Ca. i have had people buy CA listings sight unseen just because it was in CA, but you have to know the people as in my own experience, i have sold more property that wasn’t listed on MLS or web sites or with brokers. Knowing the right people makes a deal go quickly.
