Drive around if its common to board up vacant properties, make a list. Find the guy doing the boarding up. He gets a list on Monday for the week. He gets inside them knows what they need sets the lockbox code etc,
Use zillow.com search ones that are corporately owned are vacant. Find the local REO brokers check their listings.
