I want to start my own cleaning business, mainly focusing on doing detailed cleaning on vacant apartments. What would be the average I should charge per apartment?
Better off sticking with an hourly rate. A one bedroom could take you 5 hours but the next one could have been inhabited ...

A college says there are privately owned apartments on the campus for students. Does this mean one can live there with his girlfriend. And is there any rule, not that we are planning to break any laws.
