alright so ive been searching for an apartment that is already furnished with a short term lease so i can get the hell out of minnesota. i want it to be located in a place where there is public transportation and close by an airport…..rent should be somewhere from $700-$1300 a month… and im in kind of a hurry so answers made rite away would be totally awesome thanks

I take it that some sort of furniture is provided like table, bed, etc. I have never rented a furnished apartment but will need to do so temporarily for an upcoming move.

Furnished doesn’t alway mean furniture. Sometimes a furnished apartment just means that some of the utilities are furnished. If you are looking for a place to stay shorter term with all of the furniture provided, you are looking for a corporate apartment. In these apartments, everything will be provided except your personal items (clothes, toiletries etc) But in order to know exactly what furnished means, you would need to talk to the manager

Hi, I am looking for 1 bedroom semi-furnished apartment in Sydney suburbs, close to rail stations, preferably Indian locality. The duration will be for 6 to 12 months from mid Febraury.

I’d avoid the north shore and eastern suburbs based entirely on cost. With a train station and with an Indian (multicultural) presence that leaves places like Newtown, Petersham, Marrickville, St Peters, Rockdale

There are several stores in King St Newtown at the St Peters end that specialise in Indian grocery items, also movies and sweets

My company is offering me 250BD for furnished apartment.
Is it enough to get a good furnished apartment in nice and clean building in manama or any city close to manama and what type of facilities (such as gym, pool, etc.) we will get in such amount.

What comes with a furnished Apartment?

I’m new to searching for apartment’s but, I was wondering, if was to go for a furnished apartment, what comes with it? Does it have the whole apartment furnished, couch, bed, tv, dining table, etc? Thank you!
Also, what is better to rent? A furnished or unfurnished apartment? Thank you!

It could come with almost anything. There’s no legal definition in most states. But normally you’d expect to find the basic furnishings — beds, dressers, a sofa and a chair or two, coffee table and end tables (maybe) and a dining table and chairs. Things like TVs, clock radios, stereo, and small appliances wouldn’t normally be included.

I’d never rent a furnished place except as a very temporary place. Don’t really want to sleep, sit, or dine on someone else’s messes if you catch my drift!
