Quickbooks will NOT work. This is an interior design business, and we have to keep track of inventory, furniture and other things, that are mostly rented out, but sometimes sold. Does anyone know of an inexpensive software that will do this?

I'm trying to find out if this is something management will allow. The washer would wash the windows and screens from inside the apartment ONLY. No hanging outside the window. This seems pretty simple. I don't see why it would'nt be allowed.
