I have 5 duplexes now but I am looking for new ways to buy more.
New ways? Like different types of financing? Talk to your lender about different programs to make sure you’re maximizing your cash flow.
Other than that there are plenty of duplexes up for sale or in foreclosure or probate, get a good agent to work with you to help you to find the best deals possible.
