a total rave is going on in another state and i got invited to roadtrip there with some friends…how can i spin it so my rents say yes??

I think there are few factors to consider..
How old you are?
How responsible have you shown yourself to be?
Have you been in trouble and if you have what kind of trouble?
I know as the parent of a daughter who’s soon to be 16, if she were to ask to to with a group of friends to an out of province (I live in Canada) concert it would also be dependent on who the group of friends were. How they were getting there? Where were they staying?
I guess just make sure that you have all your bases covered for whatever questions they ask and make sure you have GOOD answers. Real answers. Bring everyone over that’s going so you can all answer the questions together. If my daughter came in all prepared for the questions, I’d definitely have to at least consider saying yes. Even if it was only for a second. 
Whatever you do, don’t lie about it. I think in the end, you lost A LOT more by doing that if they find out. Good luck!!
