I was disowned for being trans and lesbian – I came out at 23 when I was on my own. 23 years later they still do not accept it

My mom doesn’t believe me.She actually said "no your not"and shes not a homophobe,just in denial!I think my whole family knows though,i "look"like ne.And i never talk about guys,but i comment on girls so i guess that they guessed.

After I told my mum, she just sat there for good 15+mins and then finally said "alrighty then". Then had a conversation about it and she just ask me not to tell her about my bf’s and so on… and she litterly just still pretends I am straight…. I guess it’s better then being dis-own =/.

I think all parents know that their kids are gay but they are just in denial and i think my mom knows but she is in denial.
