Her lights have been flashing in her mobile..the electric company came out and told her it’s an old fashion pedistal and the wires inside were melted and gave her a time limit to have it repaired or they will shut it off..they said it can cause a fire. Is the landlord responsible for that also ?
The landlord only has a few lots around his property .. he lives in California.. No agreement. It’s not a mobile home park.
It’s his pedestal. It’s his reponsibility, not hers.
All mobile home parks have different responsibilities. the only way to find out what they are responsible for is to read your lot rent agreement.

I would think that the landlord is responsible for the electrical Pedestal and she would be responsible for the wires from that point on to and including the house. Same way with the water. From the hook up point to and including the house would be heir’s That is the way I recall it working years ago when I rented a space.
