I’m a college student and I live in student housing, not dorms. I work more than 20 hours per week and I have no meal plan or anything like that. Am I eligible for food stamps?
The eligibility requirements change all the time. It really all depends on your income and allowed expenses. You should apply because it sounds like you need them or could use them. The worst that could happen is that you would not qualify. You have nothing to lose by applying.
